All Levels Flow Yoga

A dynamic and accessible 60-minute vinyasa yoga class designed to help students build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate balance through breath-centered movement. This class welcomes all levels, offering modifications and variations to meet students where they are.

Gentle Yoga

A soothing, accessible yoga practice focused on slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and supported stretches to ease tension and calm the nervous system. Ideal for beginners, active adults, and anyone seeking a relaxing, restorative class.

Yoga Fundamentals

Yoga Fundamentals is a foundational class designed to introduce students to the essential principles of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will explore proper alignment, breath awareness, and foundational postures while building strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is ideal for beginners or anyone seeking to revisit the basics and deepen their understanding of yoga.

Fundamental Flow is a supportive, skill-building 45-minute vinyasa
class designed for students who have gained confidence in Yoga Fundamentals and are ready to apply what they’ve learned in a flowing, breath-centered practice.

Featuring the chakra system-our energy centers that can influence our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. This accessible flow-style yoga program invites practitioners of all levels to explore balance, strength flexibility and mindful awareness through movement, breath and meditation.

POUND Fitness

POUND Fit is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and
conditioning with simulated drumming using weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. Each class is 45 minutes long.
